When are the Raiders going to learn you cant expect a coach to walk in and do magic Hue did a fantastic job for the time he was in I think a coach has to be allowed at least 4yrs to prove his self.Now we will starting over again with no draft picks and you will expect this coach to succeed I do not see it happening.We have a decent offense now so lets pursue a dominate defensive lineman . And as far as penalty flags maybe fines for the stupid ones will get them thinking before they act Also I fee this is where the league needs to change and review fragrant fouls to see if it is retaliation or initiation I think sometimes the initiator gets away free and needs to be punished .
